Download Site is in disrepair and is clearly not currently being operated. The site is owned by the University of Stirling and has been up for sale for several months. The tanks on the site have been drained and are empty with no stock. Many of the facilities are damaged including tanks and supplying pipework.
The site is to be deregistered. Aqualife Services Ltd were liquidated and the movement records were collected by the insolvency company and so were not available. This will not be raised as an issue as the sites are being deregistered and are no longer stocked or operational. [Original PDF]
