No recent issues reported on site, no dead or moribund observed during the inspection. Two fish removed for VMD sampling appeared in very good condition with very few sea lice observed and no adult females.
Only 5 cages stocked as fewer fish delivered than expected, however, it was also reported that the fish delivered were a very uniformed size and are growing well.
Feeding controlled centrally from Lerwick.
Very good visibility and very calm weather.

Recent health surveillance (10/02/2025) conducted by business showed site had been experiencing winter sores (moritella) with elevated mortality, however lesions had been healing well. Health surveillance on 13/03/2025 2 out of 10 fish tested positive for AGD at moderate levels.
The general population were observed at site and on feeding cameras to be shoaling well and were in good condition and had a good feed response. Stock were swimming deep in the water column. Low number of fish were observed to have lesions but were healing well. There were low number of fish that were lethargic across site, but responded to stimuli. 37 lethargic/ moribund fish across the site were dispatched at time of inspection, although 7 were dispatched at cage 4 and 9 at cage 8.
